What is your role at ECMS?
I am a support consultant and work with all the teams at ECMS on a range of tasks such as marketing, onboarding, and data management. I enjoy how varied my role is because I have the opportunity to see different parts of the business and clearly understand where I can make an impact. My favourite part of my job is working with everyone on the team, contributing positively to the growth of ECMS.
What has been the biggest challenge in your career so far?
My biggest challenge was trying to decide what to do after studying American Studies at University. But I found just taking a chance with the opportunity at ECMS has helped me find more direction in my career.
What is the best piece of advice you have been given by anyone?
To not worry about asking questions because it’s better to ask than get stuck on an issue someone could easily help with.
Where are you aiming to be in 5 years' time?
I hope to have achieved a lot in 5 years, number one is to have grown in my role by expanding my responsibilities and skillset. I really enjoy the part of my role that involves market research, because I love understanding a topic at its core, so through this, I hope to continue to grow my knowledge further.
Why did you choose ECMS as your first role?
I chose ECMS because I wanted to work for an organisation where I could learn easily and make an impact in the growth story.

What does a weekend look like for you?
My perfect weekend would be going to my local cinema as I love film, and meeting up with my friends for a meal afterwards.
