ECMS appoints Estelle James as new managing partner

We’re pleased to announce the appointment of Estelle James as the new Managing Partner of ECMS, our advisory-led managed solutions business.

A highly respected managed solutions and recruitment leader, Estelle will head up ECMS’s day-to-day business while evolving its proposition across its global locations. 

Estelle has held a number of leadership roles in consulting and managed services businesses, gaining considerable international experience in the process. Most recently, she spent four and a half years as regional vice president for managed solutions at Protiviti and Robert Half in the Benelux region. Previously, she was vice president of managed business solutions for Robert Half in Chicago, a role which also saw her spend time in the recruiter’s Toronto office.

Estelle's appointment further signals the group’s commitment to investing in its advisory-led managed solutions business, as it looks to provide a holistic suite of talent services to support its clients’ ever-shifting people needs. 

Non-executive director Phil Sheridan, recently appointed as a board advisor, said: “The rigid traditional consultancy model of a managing partner at the top and a team of consultants working below doesn’t allow modern businesses to adapt at the speed required in a rapidly evolving business world.
