I’m the managing partner for ECMS, heading up its day-to-day business while evolving its proposition across its global locations.
Having held a number of leadership roles in consulting and managed services, I’ve gained considerable experience working with global businesses. Most recently, I spent four and a half years as regional vice president for managed solutions at a talent management and consultancy business in the Benelux region, and I’ve also held leadership roles in Chicago, Toronto and other global locations.
What’s your vision for ECMS?
I strongly believe that the traditional consulting model is not fit for purpose anymore. My vision is to provide a solution that blends management consultancy with flexible talent and technology, bringing together our predefined playbook and experience of executing at the highest levels. As part of a global talent solutions group, ECMS is not restricted by its structure and shape; we have the agility to build and scale the right solution for any project and any client, regardless of what their challenges may be. That means creating a new solution every time, and that’s exciting.
Why ECMS?
There are no longer one-off, big bang transformation projects; it’s never-ending. Projects are back-to-back, and change is constant. If you roll out a new system, you constantly need to update it.
We’ve got access to the top 1% of talent in the insurance and financial services markets, thanks to our deep, trusted relationships cultivated over two decades. Our methodology and delivery model enable us to build a solution to help clients solve their problems in a different way, when talent alone isn’t enough.
