Steven has been working in strategic change for the last 20 years across different industries. He has worked in various capacities from business architect, solutions architect, project manager, business analyst and coach. He has focused his attention on the insurance industry over the last 7 years delivering IFRS17 and SII finance transformation programmes.
Steven believes business analysts are the engine of any change programme and he enjoys coaching and mentoring analysts on the artefacts they develop and the approach they utilise to derive and develop requirements and processes. Steven believes enhancing stakeholder relationships to improve programme efficiency is key to achieving strategic change.
