Van Cao

Associate IT Project Manager

​​Van has been working with ECMS since mid-2020 on several projects under a wider programme of work and has proven to be a highly experienced IT Service Delivery Lead. He has an extensive background in technology service management in a range of industries, in both the public and private sectors.

Van has a talent for understanding the technicalities of a project and is always proactive in improving IT project delivery. He creates and maintains a great working relationship with colleagues and clients, which only further contributes to project success, in often difficult and challenging circumstances.

Currently, Van is the project lead for a top tier re/insurer delivering on a strategic multi-year infrastructure programme of work. It aligns ECMS’s technology practice as a Strategic IT Partner providing technical governance and oversight, ensuring technical implementations with the service provider are delivered.
