Warrick works with ECMS as an Executive Associate, with expertise in global HR leadership.
Currently, as managing director for Thomson Reuters Customer and Third-Party Risk (C3PR) Risk sector, Warrick leads Thomson Reuters third-party risk management propositions including World-Check. He was previously the global head of human resources for Thomson Reuters Risk business, a role he held since August 2013. Prior to that, he was vice president of human resources for FCR following the acquisition of World-Check in 2011.
Warrick has worked for over 20 years across a multitude of industries and geographies. At the executive or board level, either as director, manager or consultant, he has helped leadership teams manage and develop their business agendas across a variety of cultural, legislative and economic environments.

Key to my success is a good understanding and solid experience of the various disciplines within HR which I have successfully applied at company, corporate and industry level”
Warrick has led large HR communities on multiple occasions including his experience in HR at Thomson Reuters which spanned multiple continents including Asia, Africa, Middle East, Russia, Spain and LATAM, dealing with 6000 employees in 60 countries with a direct team of over 80 HR professionals. Integrating many diverse cultures within a uniform business culture was key to this role’s success. Equally, Warrick has also led smaller teams providing end-to-end service or leveraging centres of excellence.
