ECMS are keen to speak to IT Project Managers within the London Market or Lloyd’s Market who have demonstrable experience in delivering solutions including integrations, new software implementations and infrastructure change. This is a hybrid role with ample opportunities for growth.

  • Significant experience working in Underwriting, Claims and Operations in the London Market or Lloyd’s Market

  • Several years of project management experience covering a mix of business, data, systems, governance and organisational change with proven track record of delivery outcomes

  • Ability to communicate to senior stakeholders and produce professional material in support

  • Strongly Delivery focused Project Manager, determined to achieve ultimate objective despite challenges and constraints

  • Relentless attention to detail and quality of delivery

  • Pragmatic and solutions driven

  • Meeting with management, clients, and partner vendors to identify requirements, delivery timelines, and costs

  • Develop detailed project plans to guide clients, project team members, and partner vendors on commitments and update in accordance with changing needs and requirements

  • Monitoring and reporting project performance to ensure timely delivery

  • Manage and resolve the risks and issues effectively, using the appropriate project forums to escalate items as appropriate
