We are looking for Claims BAs who will act as a liaison between business facing claims teams and IT, analysing business requirements, defining solutions, and ensuring the smooth implementation of claims processing systems. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of insurance claims in the London Market, experience with data analysis, and the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.  Specifically they will have experience the implementation of Guidewire, including exposure to UAT testing. 

We are looking for Underwriting BAs will work closely with underwriting teams to analyse business processes, define system requirements, and support the development of underwriting solutions. This role involves gathering business requirements, improving workflow efficiencies, and assisting in the implementation of underwriting systems to enhance decision-making and risk management.  Will require a strong understanding of underwriting systems and business processes within the London Market.  

We are looking for Policy Administration System BAs who will support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of policy admin systems. Specifically Guidewire and Sapiens would be an advantage for this requirement.  This role involves gathering business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring that the system aligns with business needs. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business and technology teams to optimise policy management processes and system functionality.  You will require a strong understanding of the London Market policy lifecycle processes (quoting, issuing, endorsements, renewals). 

We are looking for an experienced Exposure Management BA with good knowledge of Moody’s RMS and Verisk AIR EM software, with particular insight in the Insurance London Market. Skilled in analysing, interpreting, and improving catastrophe and exposure data to support underwriting, risk management, and regulatory reporting. Acts as a key liaison between underwriting, actuarial, catastrophe modelling, and technology teams to translate business requirements into clear data and system solutions. Experienced in Lloyd’s and company market processes, including bordereaux management, model governance, and regulatory expectations.
