ECMS has a track record of delivering complex projects, and we are looking for a talented Change PM to join us who has a project management background within the insurance sector, ideally the London Market. A problem solver with a keen eye for detail, someone who is a strong communicator, who can facilitate and present confidently to Senior Managers. A commercially astute self-starter who can engage and manage stakeholders and work closely with the wider team
Responsibilities
Using your experience of project management covering a mix of business, data, systems, governance

Role will include delivering projects using AGILE and Waterfall Methodologies

Proven track record of delivery with measurable outcomes

Ownership of a project within a larger programme
-
Disciplined delivery, including management of scope, delivery to schedule and budget, risk management and resourcing

Experience in transitioning projects into service
-
Demonstrable experience in delivering solutions including integrations, new software implementations and infrastructure change.

Ability to communicate to senior stakeholders

Attention to detail and quality of delivery

Pragmatic and outcome driven

Engaging with clients, and partner vendors

Developing project plans with appropriate levels of depth

Monitoring and reporting project performance to ensure timely delivery

Manage and resolve the risks and issues effectively, using the appropriate project forums to escalate items as appropriate

Project Governance, Standards and Assurance

Participates in Change Management and governance process
-
Adhere to the Change Management governance, framework and delivery methodology and ensures consistency, optimisation and best practice are embedded in Change processes
Desired Skills and Experience
Project Management Experience covering a mix of business, data, systems, governance

Project Governance, Standards and Assurance

Experience working in Underwriting, Claims and Operations in the London Market or Lloyd’s Market
