Exposure Management BA

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Exposure Management and Exposure Modelling within the Insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have recent, hands-on experience in this domain and be available to start before the end of the year.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Exposure Management processes.
• Collaborate with underwriting, risk, and actuarial teams to ensure accurate exposure modelling.
• Work closely with stakeholders who have mapped the current processes and systems to validate requirements and identify gaps.
• Support implementation and optimization of Exposure Management systems.
• Liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables.
• Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions for process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

• Recent experience in the Insurance sector with a focus on Exposure Management/Exposure Modelling.
• Strong understanding of catastrophe risk modelling and exposure data workflows.
• Proficiency in Moody’s RMS and Verisk AIR Exposure Management software (hands-on experience required).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs.

Strong Advantage

• Experience in the London Market and Specialty Insurance lines.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to exposure and risk modelling.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and reporting platforms.
