Guidewire BAs & Testers

Join a high-impact insurance transformation program as a contract Business Analyst or Tester with proven experience in Guidewire PAS implementations.

We are seeking contract Business Analysts and Testers to support a mission-critical Policy Administration System (PAS) transformation leveraging Guidewire (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter). This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your insurance domain expertise into a high-performing delivery team shaping the future of digital insurance.

Key Responsibilities (BAs):

·        Elicit, document, and manage business requirements across key Guidewire modules.

·        Facilitate workshops and translate user needs into functional documentation and user stories.

·        Align requirements with policy lifecycle workflows and insurance compliance needs.

·        Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and QA teams across Agile ceremonies.

Key Responsibilities (Testers):

·        Develop and execute test strategies and test cases specific to Guidewire implementations.

·        Conduct functional, integration, system, and UAT testing with full traceability.

·        Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to validate business processes and system outputs.

·        Report and track defects using standard tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM).

Requirements:

·        Proven Guidewire experience is essential – ideally across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter.

·        Prior involvement in PAS implementations within the insurance industry.

·        For BAs: Strong documentation, workshop facilitation, and Agile experience.

·        For Testers: Manual and/or automation testing experience with insurance systems.

·        Knowledge of underwriting, claims, or billing workflows in insurance.
