Insurance Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Business Analyst with proven knowledge of policy administration, system migration, and product structuring. Underwriting experience will also be essential in this role. This is a permanent role and is essential in ensuring seamless delivery across multiple complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and Document System Limitations: Identify constraints within the current policy administration system and assess their impact on operational efficiency.
• Support Migration & Integration Projects: Work closely with technical and business teams to manage dependencies between migration, ingestion, and product structuring initiatives.
• Project Governance & Alignment: Contribute to project structure and governance frameworks, ensuring prioritisation and dependency management across organisational teams.
• Process Mapping & Standardisation, supporting efforts to document and standardise processes.
• Establish clear BA practices to improve consistency and transparency.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a BA in the Insurance Sector, London Market experience is beneficial.
• Hands-on experience with system migration projects and managing complex dependencies.
• Excellent process mapping skills, as well as As-Is and Go-To.
• Ability to work within structured governance frameworks and drive organisational alignment.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
