Description: As a Windows Engineer, you will provide on-site operational support for Windows environments. You will be key in supporting Wintel systems and ensuring their smooth integration and upgrade. This role requires a proactive approach to managing and troubleshooting Windows-based systems to maintain optimal performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site operational support for Windows environments.
• Manage and support Wintel systems, ensuring their stability and performance.
• Assist in the integration and upgrade of Windows systems.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement solutions and improve system efficiency.
• Maintain documentation and follow best practices for system management.

Skill Requirements:

• Windows Operational Support: Extensive experience in managing and supporting Windows operating systems.
• Wintel Systems Support: Strong knowledge of Wintel systems and experience in their maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Integration and Upgrade: Proven ability to handle the integration and upgrade of Windows environments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a Windows support role.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
