Salesforce Architect

Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Architect with deep industry knowledge in the insurance sector to lead the architecture and design of Salesforce-based solutions for one of our clients. This role will be central to modernizing customer engagement, streamlining policyholder services, and supporting underwriting and claims workflows. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, insurance-specific CRM experience, and the ability to align Salesforce capabilities with strategic business goals across sales, service, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions tailored to insurance workflows including policy administration, claims management, underwriting, and broker/agent interactions.

·        Architect integrations with core insurance systems (e.g., policy admin platforms, claims systems, rating engines).

·        Define scalable, secure data models aligned with regulatory and compliance standards in insurance.

·        Drive the adoption of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or Experience Cloud for insurance-specific use cases.

·        Partner with business stakeholders, actuarial teams, and distribution leaders to capture requirements and translate them into CRM functionality.

·        Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to internal teams and external partners.

·        Oversee governance, security policies, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA where applicable).

·        Champion innovation and best practices in CRM architecture and customer experience in the insurance domain.

Required Qualifications:

·        5+ years of Salesforce architecture or senior technical leadership experience.

·        Strong background in the insurance industry—ideally across multiple lines (life, health, P&C).

·        Deep knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or industry-aligned customization.

·        Proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce integration patterns (e.g., MuleSoft, APIs).

·        Experience working with or integrating core insurance systems.

·        Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA highly preferred).

·        Strong communication skills with business and technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

·        Experience in Agile delivery models within the insurance or financial services industry.

·        Knowledge of insurance compliance standards and data privacy regulations.

·        Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives in insurance (e.g., self-service portals, agent enablement).
