Darren Reilly rejoins ECMS as client delivery director

We’re very pleased to announce that Darren Reilly has rejoined ECMS as client delivery director, working in our London office. Bringing a strong track record in leading complex technology initiatives across a range of organisations, Darren returns to ECMS after a previous spell as executive associate partner between June 2019 and October 2021.

Having held a number of senior programme leadership roles in consulting and managed services businesses, Darren is a highly experienced and respected figure in the world of technology change and transformation. Joining after almost three years at safety technology provider Locatrix, he’s also been programme director at Innovation Group and held programme manager roles at the likes of Aspen Insurance Group, the Financial Conduct Authority and Charles Stanley.

Darren is the latest senior hire for ECMS, following the May appointment of Estelle James as managing partner. His arrival further signals Eames Group’s commitment to investing in our advisory-led managed services business, as we look to provide a holistic suite of talent services.

In his previous engagement with ECMS, Darren led a large team of ECMS resources to complete a complex multi-year technology transformation programme for a global insurer. His considerable experience will help us successfully deliver further high-impact technology projects.
