Lucy Turner joins ECMS as director of talent delivery

We’re delighted to announce the appointment of Lucy Turner, who joins the UK leadership team as director of talent delivery for ECMS.

She brings 14 years’ experience in leading delivery teams, most recently at Definia and previously at Harvey Nash, where she spent just under a decade helping to scale the organisation. Lucy is highly knowledgeable in advisory and SOW projects and has significant experience in technology and associated markets. She also brings vast experience in associate management, partnerships and offshore/nearshore solutions.

Working closely with ECMS managing partner Estelle James and the contract teams, Lucy will initially focus on building our SME advisory panel, expanding our talent and inventory capability across our core specialisms, and curating our offshore and nearshore partnerships. She will also be tasked with developing our technology partnerships, allowing for deeper, trusted advisory status with our client partners.
