What’s your role with ECMS?
As the UK CEO of Eames Group, I’m responsible for the ECMS and Eames Consulting businesses in the UK. I’m a highly experienced staffing and managed services leader with over 20 years’ experience in the talent industry. With exposure to S&P 500 and private equity environments, I pride myself on my ability to build and scale businesses with a focus on excellence.
What’s the future of consulting?
The traditional ways of delivering projects have long been needing change. ECMS addresses this need by striking the right balance between subject matter experts and powerful advisers, working with organisations to generate great opportunities.
Our group is organised to build fantastic outcomes through our four highly specialised pillars of technology and digital enablement, change and transformation, corporate functions and specialist disciplines.
