At ECMS, I specialise in transformation programme delivery, governance, risk and compliance, and programme assurance. My role is focused on strengthening the delivery infrastructure that underpins how we operate — ensuring we scale sustainably while maintaining the high standards of quality and collaboration that define ECMS.
I work closely with our delivery teams and clients across the insurance and financial services sectors to streamline processes, connect insights from across engagements, and make sure we continually learn and evolve.
