What’s your role with ECMS?
As a highly experienced staffing and consulting leader, I provide support and guidance to Eames Group’s operational board to drive the company’s growth agenda across multiple service lines, specialisms and geographies. I’ve held global leadership roles in both professional staffing and consulting organisations, and have personally built advisory-led managed services businesses from the ground up.
What’s the future of consulting?
The world of work is changing faster than ever before and I’ve seen first-hand the dangers of being wedded to traditional business models. The traditional management consultancy model, which dictates the nature of the service offered to a client, is no longer right for modern businesses. To meet organisation’s evolving requirements, consulting needs to move away from these rigid structures and offer a tailored solution that can adapt to each client’s individual needs.
