Claudine Lott

Associate Director

It’s my role to ensure our three pillars of sales, subject matter expertise and programme delivery are all tied together for every project we undertake. The human approach is really important to me, not only working with my team internally but also looking after our longstanding clients so they know they can have an honest conversation with us about what they need and how we can help. What makes it worthwhile is that feeling that we’ve made an impact as a team and given the people we’ve placed into the project an opportunity to add value.

Change has for too long been seen as the delivery of a single project for a particular business function. But at ECMS, we recognise that change is an ongoing process across every part of the business. We have to continue to revolutionise the business to keep up. That's what’s exciting about it.

Being part of Eames Group gives ECMS access to subject matter experts with genuine experience in solving our clients’ problems, so rather than putting square pegs into round holes, we can flex and scale around a problem and quickly provide a solution. It means we can have a positive effect not just on someone’s working life but on their personal life, taking the burden of that programme from them and delivering impact.

Having moved from a fixed-term contract in the operations team to now being associate director for ECMS, I believe that being an Opportunity Maker means that if you want something enough and are willing to work hard enough for it, you can achieve it.
