My role within the team is to help contractors start their new roles smoothly and compliantly by managing pre‑deployment checks, onboarding, and issuing contracts. Getting the compliance and onboarding right is really important as it protects everyone involved and helps create positive working relationships. For me, excellence means being accurate, clear, organised and proactive whilst communicating constantly.
This work matters to me because I’m helping contractors move into their new roles and giving the ECMS team the support they need to get their experts on site with the end client. It’s a nice feeling completing an onboarding file and issuing a contract ready for a contractor to start their new engagement on time – knowing I helped in the background to make it happen.
For me, being an Opportunity Maker means making the onboarding process feel smooth and supportive for everyone. By keeping things moving, I’m giving both contractors and the ECMS team the stability and confidence of a seamless process.
