I’m responsible for the governance side of things, making sure we operate in a compliant manner and ensuring we’re offering our clients a commercially attractive and agile proposition, while mitigating risks. I define ECMS’s standard governance frameworks, operating processes, and operating models, as well as reviewing their managed service agreements.
It’s really important to be a specialist in what I do and to partner with the business effectively to come up with new ways of working and provide a solutions-focused approach. That sense of partnership, of working with stakeholders to create a consultative solution, is what I care most about getting right.
Our clients rely on us having the right processes and agreements in place to ensure their risk is mitigated as well as our own. Through a commercially focused approach, working quickly, with agility, and effectively prioritising, we can respond promptly to queries and requests.
