ECMS, the advisory-led managed solutions partner within Eames Group, has appointed an Advisory Panel of senior industry experts to further strengthen its ability to support clients delivering complex change and transformation.

The panel brings together experienced consultants and industry leaders with deep expertise across transformation delivery, technology, data and operating model design. Acting as an extension of ECMS’s core team, the Advisory Panel will support client engagements, contribute to the ongoing development of ECMS’s service offering, and provide practical, real-world insight to help organisations deliver outcomes with greater clarity and confidence.

This appointment reflects ECMS’s continued focus on combining advisory expertise with scalable, flexible delivery, enabling clients to move beyond strategy into execution.

The Advisory Panel includes:

  • James Godfrey - Transformation leader specialising in operating model design and the delivery of large-scale change across complex financial services environments.

  • Jason Morgan - Transformation and operating model leader with deep technology expertise, focused on turning complex transformation ambition into clear, structured and executable delivery.

  • David Wright - Digital transformation leader specialising in operating model design and large-scale programme delivery, with a strong focus on aligning business, technology and commercial outcomes.

Each brings a track record of leading and delivering large-scale transformation programmes, with experience spanning consultancy, financial services and technology-enabled change.

The panel will play an active role in supporting ECMS across quality assurance on projects and programmes, providing strategic guidance on growth, and contributing to the ongoing productisation of its advisory-led offering.

Estelle James, Managing Partner, shared: “At ECMS, we focus on what it really takes to deliver change — access to the right resource, the flexibility to adapt as programmes evolve, and a partnership-led approach that keeps outcomes front and centre. That’s what underpins our model, and it’s what our clients value. The Advisory Panel adds another layer to that, bringing experienced, commercially minded insight into how we support clients in delivering complex transformation.”

UK CEO, Ed O’Connell, shared: “The expectation on organisations to deliver change has never been higher, and neither has the scrutiny on how it’s delivered. ECMS is designed for that environment, combining access to top-tier resources with a flexible, outcome-focused model. The Advisory Panel adds real strength to that, bringing proven, senior experience into the conversations that matter most.”
