Adapting to the new agile

We wanted to reassure our existing and new networks that ECMS is operating remotely and working with our partners on existing and new projects.

We are treating everything from a working perspective as close to normal as possible in these difficult times and are still deploying consultants onto existing projects remotely where required.

With the possibility of an extended isolation with those that can work from home doing so, we want to stress the importance of consistent communication, whether that is by phone or video meetings. We are using a number of platforms deliberately so we can see what works best.

We must all adapt in our approaches and allow for greater flexibility. Projects that are running will need improved governance and quality assurance to ensure both value and outcomes are achieved, both in the short and the long term.

Everyone has talked about running their business in a more agile manner, from both a physical and a technology sense. We will learn huge amounts in a condensed period on what is truly agile in the coming weeks, and will no doubt also challenge what was previously "normal".
