The right support and coaching

You’ll have a direct people manager who will support your career development and wellbeing and ensure you’re given the appropriate level of support and guidance. For the day-to-day while on a project, you’ll have an indirect manager, either a project lead or ECMS colleague to support and guide you in the role.
