Currently deployed on a major finance and regulatory programme with ECMS, Tony is a seasoned Programme Manager specialising in financial services business transformation programmes across business process, technology and organisational design. 

Tony’s extensive change management and programme delivery expertise within insurance (London Market, L&P) and wealth management support ECMS in driving programme standards from initiation or in recovery.

Tony is currently working on consulting assignment to re-initiate the IFRS17 regulatory programme for a major London Market Syndicate client. Engaged as an Associate through ECMS, the role is responsible for replanning / re-forecasting a c.£25m programme of change for a large London Market insurer.

In this current role, Tony has mobilised a strong delivery team and is building robust delivery plans to achieve defined regulatory and transformation outcomes. The role spans finance, actuarial, risk and IT, and involves regularly engaging with C-suite stakeholders through governance boards and 1:1 briefings.

The scope of work involves full TOM implementation transforming finance and actuarial processes, organisation and technology, implementing replacement ledger and FP&A solutions through Oracle cloud technology, as well as remediating data gaps and technology architecture deficiencies to build a robust regulatory-compliant solution.
