Before recruitment, I spent three and a half years as a business development manager in the insurance sector. I enjoyed engaging my portfolio of managers and their agents, understanding their needs, and building strong relationships. I was focused on identifying and removing obstacles to their success and adding value to their business. I took the opportunity in 2021 to translate those same skills into recruitment and develop many new ones. The journey so far has been challenging and rewarding. I wish I had discovered recruitment sooner.
As a senior consultant, my focus areas are Business and Technological Transformation and Change and Project Management Solutions. I resonate with ECMS for our customer-centric principles of enabling efficiency and reducing project costs. This adds value to our customers and builds sustainable long-term win-win partnerships, particularly in the current business environment.
My role is understanding our customers, their goals, and their needs; producing effective tailor solutions; and finally, drawing upon the collective expertise and experience of our team and consultant networks to execute those solutions. I feel energised when I can support my clients on their complicated programmes, which have run into issues, while simultaneously accelerating our consultants’ careers through exciting and complex projects.
