I started my journey in the recruitment/consulting industry back in 2016. Being in this business has allowed me to bridge talented individuals to possibly life changing career opportunities and be part of their personal career growth.
In the past, I had the opportunity to handle all sorts of roles in acquisition, ranging from IT and Finance to Operations. But now, I am focused on connecting clients to talent on data-related roles. With that being said, I meticulously research the market landscape, identifying industry trends, and assessing candidate profiles to ensure alignment with client requirements.
One of the highlights of my career was when I was able to incorporate my research skill for a thorough exploration and successfully sourcing an executive position for one of our high-profile clients. Being able to map out the industry landscape was a tremendous contributing factor to finding the suitable talent was both exhilarating and challenging.
