I started my career in 2003 in the recruitment/consulting industry. I am one of the lucky individuals to be in an undertaking where I can work with people and provide value added advisory that help people and organizations through bridging resource and knowledge gap.

 

With over 20 years of experience, my background is technology recruitment which transitioned and progressed into offering project resources on a T&M basis. This service offering and my knowledge has developed over time, and now I work closely with customers to help build solutions to project resourcing in a variety of ways. The three main responsibilities of my role include: 1. Setting the standards of how we should engage with the customers. Two words, customer centric. 2. Build the local strategies for business development and continuous growth. And 3. Supporting the team to seamlessly deliver customer requirements. Aside from these responsibilities, I also believe that it is my responsibility to instill in each and every one of the team that we should always listen to understand the customer’s needs and use this information to create solutions that heavily revolve around innovation and collaboration.

 

I have to say that one of the accomplishments that I am very proud of is being able to support a large enterprise customer with a very large complex augmentation program with +130 resources on a five-year program. The end goal was to future proof their main business systems and its eventual delivery was a huge highlight. Another highlight in my career is when Eames Group acquired Mainstay Asia and absorbed it into the ECMS brand, yet another exciting journey that we are embarking on.
