​Our client is within the insurance industry looking for a Senior Project Administrator to support Project Management Office activities for large and complex enterprise program. This team member will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of various projects and workstreams across the project pipeline.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Provide administrative support to the project management team

  • Attend and minute C-Level steering committees meetings and track deliverables

  • Coordinate meetings with regional teams and local business units

  • Ensure compliance to administrative governance within the Program

  • Put together Presentation Decks and reports for Program team

  • Assist in the development of project plans communication materials

  • Work closely with project managers to update reports and project schedules

  • Help develop and improve process

Required Skills for the Role:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • +5 years of experience in project support or operational roles within an enterprise

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • High attention for detail

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Strong stakeholder management skills
