Our client is within the insurance industry looking for a Senior Project Administrator to support Project Management Office activities for large and complex enterprise program. This team member will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of various projects and workstreams across the project pipeline.
Responsibilities of the Role:
Provide administrative support to the project management team
Attend and minute C-Level steering committees meetings and track deliverables
Coordinate meetings with regional teams and local business units
Ensure compliance to administrative governance within the Program
Put together Presentation Decks and reports for Program team
Assist in the development of project plans communication materials
Work closely with project managers to update reports and project schedules
Help develop and improve process
Required Skills for the Role:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
+5 years of experience in project support or operational roles within an enterprise
Strong organizational and time management skills
High attention for detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong stakeholder management skills
