ECMS is an specialist technology and change consultancy with deep expertise in delivering large complex projects. Our client is an insurance industry leader looking for a project support professional (1-Year Contract, extendible) to contribute to the success of their multi-year critical transformation programme. This member will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of multiple projects and workstreams.


Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Provide project management support, including scheduling, financials, risk, tracking, and reporting on project activities

  • Responsible for Minute meetings, putting together reporting decks and manage program director's mailbox

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget

  • Assist in the development of project plans, documentation, and communication materials

  • Conduct data analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes

  • Work closely with project managers and programme director to gather requirements and provide project updates


Required Skills for the Role:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • At least 5 -8 years of experience in project support or operational roles within the insurance industry

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
