ECMS is an specialist technology and change consultancy with deep expertise in delivering large complex projects. Our client is an insurance industry leader looking for a project support professional (1-Year Contract, extendible) to contribute to the success of their multi-year critical transformation programme. This member will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of multiple projects and workstreams.
Responsibilities of the Role:
Provide project management support, including scheduling, financials, risk, tracking, and reporting on project activities
Responsible for Minute meetings, putting together reporting decks and manage program director's mailbox
Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget
Assist in the development of project plans, documentation, and communication materials
Conduct data analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes
Work closely with project managers and programme director to gather requirements and provide project updates
Required Skills for the Role:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
At least 5 -8 years of experience in project support or operational roles within the insurance industry
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in project management tools and software
