Welcome: Pete Machin, Lead Business Analyst at ECMS

​We’re delighted to announce Pete Machin has joined the ECMS team as a Lead Business Analyst.

A word from Pete: I join ECMS during an exciting time of growth, and with over 20 years project experience in the financial arena, I aim to bring a wealth of knowledge to the team. I have delivered implementation of projects across the world, and have a thorough understanding of project lifecycles, using a variety of methodologies, lean processes, documentation, and tools, and more importantly using the appropriate combination of these to ensure success. I look forward to working collaboratively with all team at ECMS, both at a programme level and across the business, helping to deliver best practice and knowledge transfer where appropriate.
