Job Description


  • Driving outbound sales activities into specific targeted markets/clients based on a structured data driven approach.

  • Engagement with Cx level stakeholders through a structured sales cycle and pipeline.

  • Through Cx engagement turn opportunities into video/face to face meetings, including our relevant associate partners at the earliest stage, to turn prospect sales meetings into solution proposals and ultimately achieving projects in new clients, under new Master Service Agreements.

  • Working with our Alliance Partnerships to support lead generation, prospecting and create prospect opportunities.

  • Ensure we have a lead generation process that is captured in our CRM to drive inbound/outbound sales.

  • To support these sales activities, we would expect to generate meetings across the targeted life insurance, reinsurance and technology sector clients, as a primary focus. These meetings will allow us to qualify opportunities and generate a consistent pipeline of proposals sent to a client each month.

  • Supporting internal/external partners – marketing/content/finance/operations.

  • Attending online events/round tables/social event


  • Substantial sales experience from a consultancy, financial services or technology business (b2b/b2c) developing and selling solutions to Cxlevel stakeholders following a structured sales cycle.

  • Insurance/technology/financial services sector background ideally

  • Location flexible - London/Hybrid

  • Strong IT skills with experience of using Salesforce or similar CRM and a genuine interest in technology.

  • Tenacious and energetic approach to developing new opportunities.
