Job Summary
ECMS has a track record of delivering complex projects, and we are looking for a talented Senior IT PM to join us who has a project management background within the insurance sector, ideally the London Market. A problem solver with a keen eye for detail. We’re looking for a strong communicator, someone who canfacilitate and present confidently at C-suite level. A commercially astute self-starter who can engage and manage stakeholders, direct reports and work in a federated team.
Duties & Responsibilities
Delivering large projects with multiple workstreams covering a mix of business, data, systems, governance
Delivering solutions including integrations, new software implementations and infrastructure change
Delivering projects using AGILE and Waterfall Methodologies
Disciplined delivery, including management of scope, delivery to schedule and budget, risk management and resourcing
Communicating with senior stakeholders
Attending to detail and quality of delivery
Engaging with clients, and partner vendors
Developing project plans with appropriate levels of depth
Monitoring and reporting project performance to ensure timely delivery
Managing and resolving the risks and issues effectively, using the appropriate project forums to escalate items as appropriate
Desired Skills and Experience
Senior IT Project Management Experience
Project Governance, Standards and Assurance
Demonstrable experience in delivering solutions including integrations, new software implementations and infrastructure change
Proven track record of delivery with measurable outcomes
Pragmatic and outcome driven
Significant experience working in Underwriting, Claims and Operations in the London Market or Lloyd’s Market
