About the Role:
Our client a leading organisation within the Financial Services sector is seeking an experienced individual to join them as the Head of Data Science (Initial 6-Month Contract) on their transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead team of data scientists and managers in developing advanced analytics and machine learning models to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify business problems and opportunities for data-driven insights
Build and maintain complex data models, and work with internal teams to integrate data science solutions with existing systems and platforms
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data science and machine learning
Requirements:
Must have experience across the Insurance Industry and the Asia Market
15+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or modeling with a focus on the insurance industry
Strong experience in model building, statistical modeling, and data visualization
Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams
Availability on short notice is highly desired
