Job Description

ECMS is a specialist consultancy in business and technology transformation. We enable efficiencies on complex enterprise level programs through project advisory, delivery and project management solutions.

We are seeking skilled Project Managers with business transformation and integration experience within the Life and Health Insurance Industry. Consulting experience and demonstrated knowledge of Insurance business operations and processes will be highly advantageous

Role

  • Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones and resource requirements according to establish project governance frameworks

  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal and vendor teams to drive enhancement project outcomes

  • Ensure alignment and engagement with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

  • Identify risks and deploy mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure successful project delivery

  • Support change management activities to facilitate the adoption of new processes, and systems

  • Implementing process enhancements


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field

  • 5+ years of project management experience

  • 8+ years of experience within the Life and Health Insurance industry with strong understanding of operations and processes

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
