Our client is a large Global Bank, who require a seasoned Change Manager (1-Year Contract) to oversee the change initiatives for a regional transformation program spanning across multiple locations. The role will focus on change which stems from the implementation of vendor solutions across technology and middle and back office processes within their Investment Management division, utilising a human centric approach.

Responsibilities of the Role:

· Work across numerous teams to assess operational processes

· Create a critical path for change initiatives and implement strong methodology

· Evaluate efficiencies within processes

· Work with finance division on costs that stem from proposed changes

· Ensure strong lines of communication are developed around change proposals

· Manage stakeholders and present information in steering committees

· Track and monitor the project progress

Required Skills for the Role:

· University degree educated

· Strong financial services experience and track record

· Extensive experience working within change management principles and methodologies

· Solid knowledge of business process remodelling and forecasting

· Strong stakeholder engagement and management

· Proficiency in relevant management and analytical software, e.g. Excel
