Our client, a large and high-profile enterprise organization, is currently looking for a skilled
Business Analyst (SAP SuccessFactors) with experience in communicating between business and technology teams for
their HR transformation programme.

Responsibilities of the Role:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical
• Gather, analyse and document business documents, needs and requirements in Business

• Analyse and evaluate existing business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for
• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure a common
understanding of project goals and timelines
• Monitor and track project progress, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within

Required Skills for the Role:
• University degree holder in related disciplines
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability in Cantonese/Mandarin would be beneficial
