Our client, a Reputable Global Bank, is seeking a lead to manage business process reengineering (1-Year Contract) on a major transformation programme within their Wealth and Asset Management business.

Responsibilities of the Role:

·        Review and assess key business processes with middle and back office

·        Map out the “As is” and the “too be” state

·        Lead a team of business analysts to map out the critical path for change management activities

·        Work with the wider program team for key engagement and support

·        Work with Project Managers and subject matter experts for implementation

·        Build and manage key risk through the program

·        Ensure readiness for implementation through structured assessments

·        Collaborate with local and regional teams to implement change management practices

·        Report progress and update relevant internal and external stakeholders

Required Skills for the Role:

·        University degree educated

·        Strong financial services experience and track record

·        Extensive experience working within change management principles and methodologies

·        In-depth knowledge of business process remodelling and forecasting

·        Strong stakeholder engagement and management

·        Proficient in relevant management and analytical software such as Excel
