Responsibilities of the Role:
Oversee and direct all financial systems and related business processes implementation.
Lead the design, evaluation, testing, and implementation of projects, enhancements, report development, and support of Finance systems.
Manage the day-to-day maintenance of Finance Systems, including interface monitoring and resolution, administering chart of accounts, and user maintenance across finance and the business.
Responsible for Finance systems governance and making sure that the systems are appropriately controlled.
Drive continuous improvement of the system, understand users’ needs, and identify and implement appropriate solutions.
Involve in review and analysis of existing processes, records, reports, and user comments to identify any problems.
Deliver a range of systems improvement programs and projects.
Requirements of the Role:
Degree holder or above in Computer Science / Finance / Accounting or equivalent
Solid accounting experience, including experience in leading system implementation and integration
Hands-on experience in using Oracle Financial System is an advantage
Experienced in finance transformation
Strong experience in delivering finance process, reporting and control improvements
Accounting qualifications could be advantageous
Proven experience in successful collaboration with senior stakeholders, finance, and non-finance
Strong ability to actively engage and build relationships across the business and influence key business initiatives
