Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Oversee and direct all financial systems and related business processes implementation.

  • Lead the design, evaluation, testing, and implementation of projects, enhancements, report development, and support of Finance systems.

  • Manage the day-to-day maintenance of Finance Systems, including interface monitoring and resolution, administering chart of accounts, and user maintenance across finance and the business.

  • Responsible for Finance systems governance and making sure that the systems are appropriately controlled.

  • Drive continuous improvement of the system, understand users’ needs, and identify and implement appropriate solutions.

  • Involve in review and analysis of existing processes, records, reports, and user comments to identify any problems.

  • Deliver a range of systems improvement programs and projects.

Requirements of the Role:

  • Degree holder or above in Computer Science / Finance / Accounting or equivalent

  • Solid accounting experience, including experience in leading system implementation and integration

  • Hands-on experience in using Oracle Financial System is an advantage

  • Experienced in finance transformation

  • Strong experience in delivering finance process, reporting and control improvements

  • Accounting qualifications could be advantageous

  • Proven experience in successful collaboration with senior stakeholders, finance, and non-finance

  • Strong ability to actively engage and build relationships across the business and influence key business initiatives
