Our client is global and reputable insurance firm, seeking a skilled Risk Business Analyst (1-Year Contract, Extendable) to support the team and the business unit.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and communication the business and functional requirements between the risk and internal teams
Facilitate and enhance the Third-Party Risk Management's framework implementation and governance
Analyze and identify areas of improvement across risk process and control systems
Manage change management activities, e.g. policy interpretation, change request and documentation, etc
Collaborate with other departments, such as finance, compliance, and internal audit to ensure alignment of best practices
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field
At least 4 years of experience in business analysis, risk management or a related field
Must have experience working in the insurance industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal and problem-solving skill
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Immediately Available is highly preferred
