We are seeking experienced Business Analysts to participate in an exciting program within the Health and Life Insurance domain. The program is focused on the organization's integration strategy across daily operations, technology, core business functions, and partnerships.
Role
Collaborating closely with program managers, project managers, stakeholders, technical teams to understand challenges and requirements
Identify enhancement opportunities
Uncover insights and provide solutions that will support Life and Health Insurance operations and business functions
Writing requirements and building business cases
Requirements
5+ years of experience working as a BA or on projects within the Life and Health Insurance Industry
Deep domain expertise on Life and Health Insurance operations, processes and an understanding of the Singapore regulatory environment
Uncovering root causes and underlying issues in operations, systems and business functions
Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills
Experience in operations transformation projects highly advantageous
Singaporean/PR candidates will be prioritized. Only those with the right to work in Singapore can be considered.
