The successful candidate will contribute towards the large-scale financial platform migration and integration programme covering over a dozen markets, their regulatory complexities, and multiple operational frameworks, on a rolling contract.
Role Responsibilities:
Functional business analysis for Asset Management business
Collaborate closely with front and middle office to understand their business challenges and requirements
Uncover insights and provide solutions that will support the trading desk operations covering
Take and document requirements in a structured manner
Partner with vendors to ensure successful implementation requirements are met
Manage the relationships and collaborate with multiple vendor teams to prepare proposals and translate requirements
Identify enhancement opportunities
Ensure the effective utilisation of key technologies and data services
Required skills:
Undergraduate Degree in a relevant discipline
8+ years of experience in financial services with preference for asset management experience
Strong experience supporting front-office operations
Uncover the root causes and underlying issues of problems from both functional and system perspectives
Adaptability to changes in business environment or client requirements
User and client centricity in dealings
Understanding of Investment Management systems from enterprise vendors such as Bloomberg, BlackRock, Simcorp, etc
Excellent communication skills for interpersonal collaboration, writing business requirements, creating presentations and building business cases.
