We are looking for a Change focused Business Analyst to join our team at ECMS. This is a hybrid role with ample opportunities for growth.
Who you are:
You will have an extensive background as a change business analyst within the financial service or insurance sector
You will be able to lead businessanalysis work streams for significant and strategic projects
Able to take nebulous concepts and form them into tangible deliverables
Experience gathering business requirements (both functional and non-functional) to ensure that the full business and IT impact has been thought through
Able to explore solution(s) to the customer's requirements and to recommend the best approach
Experience in forming effective working relations across different sets of stakeholders
Able to analyse processes and data flows through effective engagement with the business and IT
You will be able to promote adoption of the target processes and procedures
Experience providing advice and guidance on functional interdependencies identified during requirements analysis
You will have relevant analysis specialism (i.e. tech, finance, process, data)
Have experience of working in context of cloud tech
Are adaptable to Agile and Waterfall methodologies
